How Useful Cat works. Useful Cat includes a curated directory and paid promotional listings. A paid listing is published after its payment is confirmed.

Ranking. Paid listings are ranked by bid amount. Higher bids appear above lower bids. When two bids are equal, the earlier completed payment ranks first. Positions can change whenever a new listing is added. A listing does not guarantee a fixed position, traffic, clicks, sales, or any other result.

Payments. Payments are one-time charges in US dollars processed through Stripe Checkout. Useful Cat does not store full payment card details. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and listing information.

Your listing. You must have the authority to submit the website, name, description, and image you provide. Your listing must be accurate and must not violate another person’s rights.

Content standards. Listings must not be unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, hateful, or adult or sexually explicit. They must not facilitate phishing, malware, credential theft, abuse, or other harmful activity.

Removal and refunds. Useful Cat may reject, suspend, or remove a listing without prior notice if it violates these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or is otherwise inappropriate for the directory. A listing removed for violating these terms is not eligible for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Availability and changes. Useful Cat may change, interrupt, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.

Privacy. The contact email and listing details you submit are used to process payment, publish and administer the listing, and contact you about it. Payment information is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.
